Issues is seeking short films by local and regional film makers to show as part of a 3 day Art, Fashion, Film, and Performance event, September 16-18.

Submission Information & Rules

• Complete the below submission form
• All entries must be postmarked by the deadline date, 09/3/2011. All entries must be received by 09/7/11
• Acceptable formats for submission and exhibition: DVD
• All films that are not in English must have English language subtitles.
• Film entries should adhere to the theme of ISSUES: Bringing the dark into light.
• Each entry must have a separate submission form completed and payment ($10.00) for each submission.
• Entry Fees must be payable to “EVENTgelical Productions Inc” by check, money
  order or PayPal to info@eventgelical.com. Fees from outside the US must be payable in US funds. No cash is allowed.
• Only submissions with completed entry forms and entry fee will be accepted.
• Mail your entry in a padded envelope or mailer box.
• If you have listed a valid email address we will verify that we have received your entry.
• Exhibition prints must be sent to the EVENTgelical Productions Inc prepaid and return requests must include prepaid packaging.
• Short Films must be no longer than 25 minutes long.
• Releases for music and talent must be obtained by the filmmaker. EVENTgelical
  Productions Inc is not liable for copyright infringement or unauthorized use.
• If your film has been selected to be screened at ISSUES, we will request you send a press kit to include: stills, posters, postcards, and other publicity materials to maximize exposure for your film. These materials will not be returned.
• If your film has been selected to be screened at ISSUES, we ask that it not be viewable in its entirety online on sites like YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook before the ISSUES screening. Trailers or clips from the film are acceptable.
• EVENTgelical Productions Inc does not assume any liability for damage to films, videos, or publicity materials.
